Dave is a world-renown shark expert, who has studied sharks on every corner of the globe. For this reason, major media corporations seek his unmatched expertise and knowledge, which he pairs with his down-to-earth, relatable style. 

 

For over twenty years, he's been retained as on-air talent and as a consulting producer, on highly acclaimed documentaries such as the BBC series Shark and Blue Planet II, Discovery Channel’s popular Shark Week series Alien Sharks.  His most recent work includes, Extinct or Alive: Land of the Lost Sharks and National Geographic’s When Sharks Attack. He also was lead consultant on PBS's profile of the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary, Big Blue Live. 

 

Dave is also a prolific speaker. He engages and inspires his audience through story telling of his explorations and discovery traveling the world looking for lost sharks. He is a highly sought after keynote speaker and regularly serves as an expert guest on discussion panels around the world.
